RETURNS/REFUNDS—

We really hope it never comes to this, as we always want you to be satisfied. However, info is listed below to give you the low-down ...

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We hand parcel and post all our items to you, just cos we love you..

As a result, we ask you to please allow at least one working day for us to process your order and get it on it's way to you!

How long will your order take to be delivered?—

UK—£2-3.35 (3–5 working days)

International – £5-10

(please note all of the above timings are estimates)
